Physiotherapy that ends back on the mountain
Assessment, hands-on treatment and a plan built around your sport, from physiotherapists whose patients compete on the World Cup with Canada's ski and snowboard teams.
The approach
One visit, one plan, then the work starts
Assess & diagnose
First visitYour physiotherapist asks about your injury and what you want to get back to, watches how you move, and explains what they find. Your treatment and exercises are built from there.
Treat, hands on
Every visitJoint and soft-tissue mobilization and manipulation, IMS and dry needling, electrotherapy: whatever the assessment calls for, with easing pain and getting you moving as the first job.
Rebuild for your sport
Your planAn exercise program that restores strength and control, and a graduated return to the mountain, the trail or the job, built around what you want to get back to.
Services
Fifteen ways in, one goal
Pick the service your assessment points to, or start with an assessment.

Trained well beyond the licence
Every physiotherapist in BC passes the same licensing exam. Several of ours kept going: years of extra training and exams in sport and spine care. For you, that means a first visit that starts with a careful assessment, not just a treatment.

Billing & claims
Billing
We bill your insurer directly
Many extended health plans cover physiotherapy. We bill 27 insurers directly, so you pay only the part your plan does not cover; for any other plan, you pay and claim with our receipt.
- No referral is needed to book physiotherapy in BC, though some plans ask for one before they pay
- Fill in the intake form before your first visit and sign the consent that lets us bill on your behalf
- Custom orthotics and braces are not billed directly: you pay and claim them yourself, so check what your plan needs first
Hurt at work?
If WorkSafeBC accepts your claim and approves physiotherapy, WorkSafeBC pays for that treatment, and our therapists are contracted to provide it.
- Report the injury to your employer as soon as you can, then to WorkSafeBC, online or by phone
- You do not need a referral from a doctor to start
- Tell us the visit is for a work injury when you book and have your claim number ready
