## About

Tracy is a registered massage therapist who looks at the body as a whole when working out what is behind a client’s concern. After 20 years working in nutrition, particularly sports nutrition, she added massage therapy, graduating from the Vicars School of Massage Therapy.

Her particular interests are myofascial release, craniosacral therapy, visceral techniques and working with the nervous system. Her experience as a personal trainer and a high-performance athlete adds to her understanding of the body: Tracy won a Canadian university championship in 1996 competing for the University of Windsor while completing her degree in Human Kinetics.

A long-term local, Tracy has been enjoying Whistler’s active mountain lifestyle of running, biking and skiing since 1998.
