## About

Michael has more than seven years of experience as a physiotherapist working with a diverse range of people and conditions, including work-related injuries, chronic pain, sporting injuries, and post-operative rehabilitation. He has alway been heavily involved in sports physiotherapy, working with both amatuer and elite athletes in basketball, netball, soccer and rugby.

Michael’s love of the outdoors drew him to Whistler in 2017 and he has never looked back. He has fully embraced the mountain lifestyle, spending his free time skiing, hiking, rock climbing and more. Through his own participation in these activities he has developed a strong understanding of injury prevention and sport specific training required to fully take advantage of these demanding sports.

Coming from a competitive sporting background, he understands the impact that injuries can have both physically and mentally. Michael uses his experience in manual therapy and exercise prescription, alongside an emphasis on education to empower patients to take an active role in their recovery. With this in mind, he will work with you to tailor treatments to your individual goals and help you get back to the activities you love.
