# Dynamic Warm Up Routines

These warm ups are designed to increase body temperature, take joints/muscles through a full range of movement, as well as to facilitate muscle activation and stabilizing mechanisms specific to on-snow sports.

Part of [RAD Exercise Programs](https://backinactionphysiotherapy.com/resources/rad-exercise-programs)

## How to use it

- Do the warm-up before you go out on snow, or after sitting still for more than 30 minutes.
- The routine takes about 5 minutes; a warm-up of 5 to 10 minutes raises your body temperature by a few degrees.
- Complete it at least once before on-snow activity.
