The fit for snow series was developed to help you prepare for the snow season through performance of a number of advancing exercise programs with a focus on developing strength endurance, mobility and stability in order to reduce injury risk.
All programs are under 20 mins with each exercise being performed as many times as you can in 30 sec before moving onto the next exercises
Ideally these programs should be done for 6-12 weeks before the snow season starts to have adequate time to build appropriate fit for snow conditioning
At a minimum people who work and play on snow should aim to successfully complete level 4, with individuals who ski/board advance terrain endeavouring to be able to complete level 5-6
To maintain your gains it is important to complete your highest level program 1-2 week through the season.
