# Fit for Snow

Six advancing workouts that build the strength endurance, mobility and stability a snow season asks for. Start 6 to 12 weeks before the lifts open.

## How to use it

- Under 20 minutes a session: each exercise is performed as many times as you can in 30 seconds before moving on to the next.
- Start 6 to 12 weeks before the season, so there is time to build fit-for-snow conditioning.
- Aim to complete level 4 if you work or play on snow, and levels 5 to 6 if you ski or board advanced terrain.
- Keep it up through the season: your highest level once or twice a week holds your gains.
- If anything hurts, stop and ask your health-care provider.
