ACL Prevention

The ACL prevention series was developed to help you develop optimal biomechanical loading and landing strategies with skiing/boarding through body awareness and coordination, strength endurance and stability exercises to help minimize your risk.

While strength is important to ACL prevention, coordination of lower limb and movement awareness have been shown to be one of the most important factors as evidence suggests that valgus knee positions or knees that are out of line with respect to the hip put people at greatest risk for ACL injury

This series can be helpful when transitioning back to sport following lower limb injury or for correcting faulty movement and loading strategies.
