Nicole Talbot

Nicole joins Back in Action Physiotherapy and Massage after a Winter of chasing powder skiing across the mountain ranges of British Columbia. Treating acute and chronic injuries for professional surf/ski/snowboard athletes was a niche Nicole thrived in during her time at Baldface catski/boarding lodge. Previously, Nicole worked on Vancouver Island at The Joint Physiotherapy and Sports Rehabilitation Centre, where she learned many effective treatment styles and injury prevention techniques from renowned Physiotherapists, Occupational Therapists, Kinesiologists and Osteopathic practitioners.

Treatment styles include: Deep Tissue, Joint Mobilizations, Trigger Point Pressure Release, Myofascial Release, K-Taping and full body Relaxation Massage or General Swedish Massage.

The diversity of Nicole’s Therapeutic Massage styles helps to create individual treatment plans for each patient that seeks care at Back in Action Physiotherapy and Massage.

In the future Nicole plans on continuing her education with goals to complete her Bachelors of Health Science and practising in the field of Graston Technique.
