MCL and meniscus injuries
A caught ski edge or a knee forced inward can sprain the ligament on the inside of the knee (the MCL) and tear the cartilage cushion inside the joint (the meniscus). A hard twist or a deep squat can tear the meniscus on its own. Most settle without surgery. We assess the knee, brace it when needed, and rebuild strength and control before you return to sport.

Patellofemoral pain is pain around or behind the kneecap (the patella), often called runner's knee. It builds when load rises faster than the knee can adapt: more running, more hills, a long ski day or a steep hike down. We assess your hip and thigh strength, how you squat and land, your feet and your training, then treat it with load management and targeted strength.
